OPINION BY JUDGE CRAIG, October 12, 1988:

Thomas D. O'Leary appeals from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board, which affirmed a decision of a referee denying his application for benefits under The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act.1

The sole issue is whether there is substantial evidence to support the referee's finding that O'Leary's injury in 1982...
