Elidoro Martinez was charged and convicted of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine.

The sole issue is whether there was a sufficient description of Mr. Martinez in the search warrant to justify the search of his person and his subsequent arrest. We find there was and affirm.

The facts are not in dispute. A reliable informant related to the Yakima Police Department that he had made purchases...
