Nicoly Eldon Sass, plaintiff, appeals from a judgment denying his recovery for injuries sustained in an automobile collision after a jury found that he was contributorially negligent. Larry Clay Thomas, defendant, cross-assigns as error the trial court's denial of his motion for directed verdict.
