JURISDICTION

Appellant, Reynaldo Tapia, appeals from his convictions for first-degree murder, armed robbery, and second-degree burglary. The trial court imposed concurrent sentences of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for 25 years for first-degree murder, 10.5 years for armed robbery and four years for burglary. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Ariz. Const. art. 6, § 5(3) and A.R.S. §§ 13-4031...
