Tom M. Vetrano has submitted an affidavit dated January 13, 1988, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (22 NYCRR 691.9). He was admitted to the practice of law by this court on April 2, 1952. By order of this court dated November 27, 1987, he was suspended from the practice of law pending the further order of this court.
