This is an appeal from a summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's claim for contribution.

On 6 June 1984, Donna Jean Holland (hereinafter "Holland"), the current defendant, and her husband Allen Greg Holland, Sr., as administrator for the estate of their three-month-old daughter, Alicia Jean Holland, filed suit against Jo Ann Cowan Wall (hereinafter "Wall").
