We granted leave in these two cases limited to three issues. First, whether a search warrant or an evidentiary hearing is necessary prior to a trial court's order of a blood test in a paternity case. Second, whether a defendant father in a paternity case may be held in contempt where he refuses to submit to a blood test. Third, whether a default judgment may be entered in favor of a plaintiff mother in a paternity case where the defendant refuses to submit...
