Christine Garvey's causes of action against her former employer, Open Pantry Food Marts of Wisconsin, Inc. (Open Pantry), for wrongful discharge and intentional infliction of emotional distress were dismissed by the trial court for failure to state a claim. Garvey's breach of contract claim against Open Pantry was also dismissed on summary judgment. Garvey appeals.
