The appellant, William D. Bennett, appeals his jury conviction of driving under the influence. He appeals from his conviction only upon the basis that the trial court erred in allowing the State to call this case for trial and requiring appellant to go to trial when he had not been given the requisite seven days notice required by Rule 32.1 of the Uniform Court Rules.
