ALEXANDER, J.

Lee Arthur Hanson, Jr., appeals his conviction of four counts of delivery of a controlled substance. He assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss the charges based on what he alleges was a violation of the "time for trial" rule, CrR 3.3. We affirm.
