The debtor filed its voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code on April 7, 1988. On July 7, 1988, four creditors, Ruby Maples, Clydia Maples, Theo Maples, and Loda Graves (Movants), filed a motion seeking dismissal of the debtor's Chapter 11 case. By their motion, Movants contend that the debtor, a trust, is ineligible for relief under Chapter 11.
