Plaintiff, Louis J. Seder, appeals as of right from an order of the Wayne Circuit Court granting summary disposition in favor of defendant, Peoples Community Hospital Authority (PCHA), a nonprofit community hospital doing business as Seaway Hospital, on the basis of governmental immunity under MCL 691.1407; MSA 3.996 (107). We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
