The parties in this action, which was filed under the Michigan Handicappers' Civil Rights Act (HCRA), MCL 37.1101 et seq.; MSA 3.550(101) et seq., appeal from orders of the Wayne Circuit Court denying motions of plaintiff and defendants for summary disposition requested pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10).
