THAYER, J.

The defendant appeals his conviction for aggravated felonious sexual assault. The question presented is whether the Trial Court (C. Flynn, J.) abused its discretion in granting the State's motion to continue on the day trial was scheduled to commence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
