MEMORANDUM OPINION

BRUCE I. FOX, Bankruptcy Judge:

Louisiana Power and Light Company (LP & L)1 has filed a motion for an order fixing the time for the debtors to assume or reject various executory contracts. The debtors oppose the motion on the basis that the contracts in question are utility agreements which are governed exclusively by the provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 366 and not 11 U.S.C. § 365.
