INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the adversary complaint filed on November 20, 1987 by Ganis Corporation of California ("Ganis") against the Debtors, Neil D. and Ann E. Jackson (the "Debtors" or the "Jacksons"). Ganis asserts claims against the Debtors in its two count complaint under section 523(a)(2)(A) and (B) of the Bankruptcy Code. The claims arose in 1984 as a result of a tax shelter scheme...
