The plaintiff appeals from the trial court's granting of the intervening plaintiff's motion for apportionment of a judgment. The plaintiff's employer intervened in the plaintiff's personal injury action in order to recover monies it paid the plaintiff under the Workers' Compensation Act, General Statutes §§ 31-291 through 31-355a. The plaintiff claims the trial court erred (1) in denying the plaintiff's motion to dismiss the intervening complaint...
