The plaintiffs appeal from the judgment rendered on a jury verdict in favor of the defendants in this personal injury action. We find no error.

This case involves the following undisputed facts. The named plaintiff, Beatrice Cuartas, who was ten years old, was playing with her friend, who was eight years old, at the William Street playground, a public playground owned, managed, and maintained by the named defendant, the town of Greenwich.
