This is an appeal from a decree of divorce entered in the Circuit Court of Virginia Beach (trial court) which granted Frederick Reed Seehorn (husband) a fault divorce from Marlene R. Seehorn (wife) on the ground of desertion. The decree ordered husband to pay monthly spousal support to wife, and further made a pension fund monetary award of $100,000 to wife payable at the rate of fifty percent of the cash benefits actually received by husband...
