The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction of two counts of risk of injury to a minor, in violation of General Statutes § 53-21. The charges stemmed from the sexual abuse of the defendant's son, C, and daughter, R, ages six and three and one-half respectively, at the time of the crimes.
