Before the Court is a motion by Prudential Bache Securities Inc. ("Prudential") to convert this Chapter 11 proceeding to Chapter 7. Prudential initially moved in the alternative to convert or dismiss, but during the hearing withdrew the motion to dismiss. The United States Trustee supported Prudential's motion but considered dismissal the better alternative on the theory that this is a case involving one creditor...
