This adversary proceeding is before the Court upon cross-motions for summary judgment filed by the plaintiff, Charter International Oil Company's ("CIOC"), and the defendants, Rosa Irene Sanders Ziegler, Charles Lewis Sanders, Jr., Theresa Michelle Sanders and Tanya Dena Sanders Watson (the "Ziegler Claimants"). Both motions raise the issue of the dischargeability of wrongful death claims of the defendants...
