Plaintiffs filed a complaint in circuit court challenging a decision of defendant planning commission and moved for an order to show cause why equitable relief in the form of an injunction should not be issued. The court denied injunctive relief and dismissed plaintiffs' complaint based upon a lack of jurisdiction over the subject matter, specifically that plaintiffs had not timely claimed an appeal from the decision of the planning commission.
