DURHAM, J.

A King County Superior Court jury found William Roger Jones guilty of first degree murder. He argues on appeal that his speedy trial rights were violated, and that testimony from the State's psychologist was improperly admitted on the issue of his insanity. Finding no error, we affirm the conviction.
