Debtor Fernando Magallanes appeals a bankruptcy court's Memorandum Decision and Order sustaining the Chapter 7 trustee's objections to the debtor's claims of exemption. The debtor originally filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code and therein listed certain property as exempt under California law.
