PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals as of right from an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition to plaintiff and vacating an arbitration award. The arbitration award sustained defendant's grievance that plaintiff had violated a collective bargaining agreement by contracting out normal bargaining unit work. The circuit court vacated the award on the basis that the dispute was not arbitrable and that the arbitrator had exceeded the scope of his authority....
