Alvin Vogtle appeals from the judgment on the jury verdict awarding Woodrow Coleman $35,000 for abusive litigation in case No. 76283. It is consolidated in this opinion with Vogtle's appeal in Case No. 76418 from the trial court's award in favor of Coleman for $33,254.60 in attorney fees pursuant to OCGA § 9-15-14.
