Mary Elizabeth Herget appeals from certain provisions of a judgment of divorce entered by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County which terminated her marriage to Charles E. Herget, Jr., the appellee. The principal issues in this case concern the validity of an antenuptial agreement executed by the parties on September 27, 1973 wherein they waived alimony in the event of their divorce, and whether, if valid, that agreement also barred appellant's claim...
