OPINION BY PRESIDENT JUDGE CRUMLISH, JR., June 22, 1988:

A Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) hearing examiner recommitted Pernell Smith as a technical parole violator to serve ten months backtime for violating special condition six of his parole (must maintain employment once obtained). The Board denied Smith's petition for administrative relief. Smith appeals; we affirm.
