Wood, was convicted by a jury of three counts of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a1 and of one count of capital felony in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54b (8).2 The jury also found the defendant guilty but not criminally responsible of a fourth count of murder pursuant to General Statutes (Rev. to 1983) § 53a-13.3<...
