The ultimate issue on this appeal concerns whether the trial court, M. Hennessey, J., erred in dismissing the plaintiffs' action on the ground of lack of personal jurisdiction under the Connecticut long arm statute, i.e., General Statutes § 52-59b,1 over the named defendant, William K. Danaher, Jr., who is an out-of-state resident. We find no error.
