Pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.), arbitrator William M. Kelley found that claimant, Betty L. Brock, sustained injuries as a result of four separate incidents that arose out of and during the course of her employment with the National Lock Company.
