These consolidated appeals present the question whether the limit on reasonable compensation for a trustee's services prescribed by 11 U.S.C. § 326(a) applies to a paraprofessional employed by the trustee. Because the court concludes that § 326(a) governs only the trustee's services and not those of a paraprofessional, the court vacates the appealed orders and remands these cases for further proceedings in accordance with this...
