Mary Jane Hopp appeals from: (1) a judgment affirming a decision of the Labor and Industry Review Commission (the commission); and (2) an order denying a motion for relief from judgment. She argues that the circuit court abused its discretion in refusing to reopen the case upon grounds of newly discovered evidence.
