This is an appeal from the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Appellant, Lillie Jennifer Johnson (Mrs. Johnson), had an auto insurance policy with appellee, Federal Kemper Insurance Co. (Kemper). Premiums were paid in two installments per year. In 1982, having purchased a newer car, Mrs. Johnson had the value of the policy increased.
