OPINION

AGLIANO, P.J. —

INTRODUCTION

Defendants Harold Shamburger and Lloyd Brice were charged in connection with the murders of Jerome Nance and William Fisher. In the Nance trial, the jury found Shamburger guilty of first degree murder. (Pen. Code, § 187.)1
