The defendant, Jimmy D. Wills, appeals from a judgment denying his motion to withdraw his plea of guilty to three counts of theft and two counts of burglary. The plea was entered pursuant to a plea bargain agreement. The Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment of the district court in an unpublished opinion dated May 27, 1988.
