Encarnacion V. Gonzalez was convicted of possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He appeals contending (1) the court erred in denying his motion to vacate the conviction based on his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel; and (2) there was insufficient evidence of an intent to deliver a controlled substance. We affirm.
