The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction after a jury trial, of larceny in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-123 (a) (4), and of general assistance fraud in violation of General Statutes § 17-282. The defendant raises the following claims on appeal: (1) her rights not to be placed in jeopardy twice under the fifth and fourteenth amendments to the United States constitution were violated by trying her for violation...
