Debtors Mark M. Trippensee and Marjorie P. Trippensee filed for relief under Chapter 7 in December of 1987. Jefferson Bank of Missouri filed this adversary action on March 17, 1988, and trial was had on May 4, 1988. There is little dispute as to the facts.
