The Ohio State Medical Board has appealed, and Robert N. Berezoski has cross-appealed, from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County. In an administrative appeal pursuant to R.C. 119.12, the trial court reversed the board's revocation of Berezoski's license to practice medicine and surgery, and imposed lesser sanctions: a one-year suspension and a requirement of forty hours community service annually for five years.
