Keith Adams appeals from the denial of his post-conviction relief motion. After the denial of his direct appeal, Adams filed a motion to correct an assertedly illegal sentence. This motion was denied on October 23, 1986 by the same judge who presided over Adams' jury trial in October 1980 and imposed sentence on February 20, 1981.
