In 1979, a subcontractor, Keller Industries, Inc. (Keller), supplied and installed large mirrors on the dressing room walls of an apartment complex being built in Scottsdale. In May, 1982, plaintiff Betty M. Harrington, a tenant in one of the apartments, was severely injured when the mirror in her unit separated from the wall, fell, and shattered.
