This is an appeal from the court of common pleas' decision granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Thomas C. Pavlik and Sindell, Sindell & Rubenstein, on the basis that plaintiff's action was not timely filed. Plaintiff Raymond Feudo had sought damages for losses sustained as a result of the alleged legal malpractice of defendants.
