Charles W. Jones, appellant, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of housebreaking and proceeded to trial upon an agreed statement of facts, in the Circuit Court for Dorchester County. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to a three-year term of imprisonment. He presents a single question on appeal from that judgment: "Was the inquiry and advisement of Appellant with respect to his decision to proceed on an agreed statement of facts...
