This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Clermont County.

Plaintiffs-appellees, Clarence and Rosemary Longhauser, agreed to purchase a non-navigable tugboat from defendant-appellant, Beatty, Inc., for $15,000. A dispute arose, however, when appellant billed appellees $24,146.64 for the removal of certain scrap materials and repairs that it had agreed to complete prior to delivery of the boat. Appellees...
