Arthur Ray Maupin died on April 15, 1980, leaving an estate valued in excess of $2,000,000. He also left a Will and a codicil to that Will in which he named his three daughters, Dorothy Brodie, Grace Emert, and Nancy Snider, as co-personal representatives and residuary beneficiaries.
