The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, of two counts of risk of injury to a minor in violation of General Statutes § 53-21,1 and illegal possession of marihuana in violation of General Statutes § 21a-279 (c).2 The jury found him not guilty of two counts of sexual assault in the second degree in violation of General Statutes
