PETERSON, Special Trial Judge:

This case was heard pursuant to the provisions of section 7443A(b)1 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and Rules 180, 181 and 182, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's Federal income tax for the taxable year 1984 in the amount of $3,445. The only issue for decision is whether petitioner must report certain alimony payments...
