Carver sued Peachtree Purchasing Company (Peachtree) to recover monies alleged owed him pursuant to an "Employment Termination Agreement and Release" entered into by the parties. Peachtree counterclaimed based on allegations that Carver had breached the same agreement and had wrongfully appropriated a business relationship with one of its customers. A jury found in favor of Carver, awarding him $43,750 in damages, plus $12,582 in prejudgment...
